Nature's Three Information and Usage
Nature’s Three [Intestinal] includes psyllium, oat fiber and apple fiber to
support the normal functions of the bowel. Each 10-calorie serving provides 2 g
of dietary fiber--1 g of soluble and 1 g of insoluble fiber. Both are naturally
present in food and are important to colon health, but are not present in many
foods in today’s typical diet. May cause allergic reaction in persons
sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
